ReplyDeleteRECEIVED YOUR LETTER REGARDING THE LATEST ATTEMPT AT REBRANDING. THIS IS A BAD IDEA AS IT WILL CREATE ONLY MORE CONFUSION WITH THE ELDER PUBLIC YOU SERVE. YOU NEED TO CREATE AN EDUCATIONAL BROCHURE FOR MAILING, WHICH ENCOURAGES THE PUBLIC TO "GET TO KNOW YOUR HOSPICE", WITH A SIMPLE LISTING OF AVAILABLE SERVICES WITH AN INVITATION TO COME TO DETAILED PRESENTATIONS(WITH COFFEE AND, OR LUNCHEONS), "HOSPICE" IS WELL KNOWN AND RESPECTED IN PINNELAS COUNTY, AND SIMPLE INFORMATIVE LETTERS OR BROCHURES WILL BE MORE EFFECTIVE.
